Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CCUCheck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CCUCheck is an independent analytics platform for Roblox games and public dev portfolios. The Service aggregates publicly available Roblox data, including game metadata, player counts, portfolio relationships, trends, and related analytics. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

3. Public Data and Methodology

CCUCheck uses only publicly available Roblox data and public web endpoints. We do not access private APIs, private user accounts, authentication tokens, or non-public Roblox information. Revenue estimates and similar analytics are algorithmic approximations based on public data and should not be treated as factual statements of revenue or business performance.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative functions or protected areas of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Interfere with other users' access to or use of the Service
• Use CCUCheck data to harass, stalk, target, or dox any individual developer or dev team member

5. Billing, Annual Plans, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are prepaid for the full subscription term and renew yearly unless cancelled before renewal.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not want to continue a paid plan. You can manage billing from your account or through the Stripe billing portal where available. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not shorten the current paid access period.

Except where required by applicable law, prepaid subscription fees, including annual plan fees, are non-refundable. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. We do not provide automatic refunds for unused time, lack of usage, buyer's remorse, delayed setup, discontinued external data access, or third-party service problems.

CCUCheck depends on third-party platforms and data sources, including Roblox and other public endpoints. Data access, polling, features, and availability may be interrupted, limited, delayed, or discontinued because of third-party API changes, outages, rate limits, enforcement actions, takedowns, platform policy changes, or loss of access to external services. Those events do not create an automatic refund right unless required by law.

6. Service Availability and Product Changes

We do not provide a service level agreement unless a separate written contract says otherwise. The Service may be unavailable, degraded, delayed, or inaccurate during maintenance, infrastructure failures, data-source failures, rate limits, abuse mitigation, crawler changes, or third-party platform changes.

Plans may include access to tools, feeds, reports, SDK dashboards, or research workflows, but no plan guarantees a specific data source, refresh interval, endpoint, feature, ranking, estimate, contact record, acquisition outcome, revenue outcome, or business result. We may add, remove, rename, limit, replace, or discontinue features as the product and third-party data environment changes.

7. Data/API and Custom Report Requests

Data feeds, API access, custom research, and market reports are subject to scoping, technical feasibility, data availability, and any written package terms agreed at the time of purchase. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, custom reports and data deliverables are provided for internal business evaluation only and may not be resold, republished, redistributed, or used to build a competing data service.

8. Opt-Out Requests

Any dev or creator may request removal from CCUCheck's public dev-following surfaces through our Dev Opt-Out page or by contacting us directly. We may request reasonable verification before processing an opt-out request. We reserve the right to remove dev data from the Service at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and original content are owned by CCUCheck. Roblox game data, names, thumbnails, and related content are the property of Roblox Corporation and their respective owners. CCUCheck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continued availability of any data displayed on the Service. Game and dev data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCUCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on data displayed by the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCUCheck's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to CCUCheck for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Not Financial or Business Advice

Any revenue estimate, trend signal, or other analysis displayed on the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or business advice. Do not make investment or commercial decisions based solely on information provided by this Service.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may display data from or link to third-party services including Roblox, Stripe, Google, and Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

14. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
