Getting help and sending feedback

Use the Feedback button in the corner of the page to tell us what is broken or what you would like next.

For help with your account or billing, email [email protected]. Tell us what you were trying to do, and include the game link if your question is about a game.

You can also ask in the CCUCheck Discord, linked from the Support page. The Support page also covers the CCUCheck app in ChatGPT.

If a number on a game page looks wrong, send the game link and what you expected to see.
