These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the CCUCheck affiliate program. By applying to, receiving access to, or using an affiliate link, coupon, or tracking account, you agree to these terms, the CCUCheck Terms of Service, and the CCUCheck Privacy Policy.
Approved affiliates earn a recurring commission of 25% on the first 12 paid invoices generated by each referred customer on an eligible paid CCUCheck plan.
Commission is calculated on the net amount actually charged after discounts and credits. Sales tax, VAT, payment processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, one-off setup fees, custom services, and manually negotiated enterprise contracts are excluded unless we approve them in writing.
Free accounts, trial periods, internal test subscriptions, comped accounts, self-referrals, and purchases that violate these terms do not generate commission.
Referred customers are attributed to the affiliate whose link or coupon code was used most recently within a 60-day attribution window. Attribution is recorded when the customer completes their first eligible paid checkout.
Existing customers, accounts created before your program approval, and accounts already in an active sales conversation with CCUCheck are not eligible for attribution unless we approve a specific exception in writing.
You are responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection rules that apply to you, including the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere. Your disclosure must be clear, visible, and placed near the affiliate link or recommendation.
Approved commissions are paid monthly by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, or another payout method we support at the time. Payouts require a minimum approved balance of $50 USD.
Commissions are held for a 30-day clawback window before becoming eligible for payout. Payout processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, and taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
We may require tax documentation such as a W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalent before issuing payouts, and we may withhold tax where required by law.
If a referred customer is refunded, charges back, reverses payment, is credited, cancels during a trial, or is found to have been acquired through a prohibited tactic, the related commission may be reduced or reversed. If reversed amounts exceed your unpaid balance, the deficit may be deducted from future commissions.
Either party may end participation in the affiliate program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, the CCUCheck Terms of Service, platform rules, or applicable law.
Approved commissions earned before termination remain payable under the normal payout schedule. Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is for cause.
Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship. You may not represent yourself as a CCUCheck employee, official spokesperson, partner, reseller, or authorized agent.
We may update these terms, commission rates, eligible plans, payout methods, attribution rules, or program availability from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the affiliate portal or email. Continued participation after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
